Polish Me Silly’s Seafoam Green

Light-green base with heavier scattered holographic finish. I have a fair amount of holographic polishes, but not too many with green bases. I think there's one from Color Club's Holographic Halos that's close, but that one is a true linear-holo. (I also think that its base is closer to a light blue.) Like all PMS holos, this gave me full coverage in two coats, and only a slightly more intense holographic effect with a third coat.
