Polish Me Silly’s Truth or Dare

I kind of wish that Truth or Dare had slightly more of a visible color-morph/multichrome effect than it does…but I can always see at least two colors on any of my nails, regardless of the light angle, so it’s more colorful than some multichrome polishes in my collection. It’s also a two-coater.
