The site is in mid-migration now (manual migration of over 7,000 entries, so there's a lot to be done.) The entry stubs are created for older content, but for the most part, the actual content isn't there quite yet. I am working on it. Unfortunately I have no ETA. But feel free to link to any page! When the content does get populated, the URL will stay the same.
PSA: if you've ordered from TransDesign in the past week and your order has not processed, there are apparently delays due to all the orders for the crackle polish. The site is performing more slowly, some folks are reporting 503 errors (unable to see the site at all), and many of us are seeing longer-than-normal delays.
It's the crackle mania, folks. So many folks have placed orders for the crackle polishes that TransDesign is having trouble keeping up with the demand, and the sheer volume of orders is delaying all of their order processing. (And to top it off, they've been in the process of moving to new servers for the past few weeks. So everything's hitting at once.)
If you've ordered from TransDesign since February 7th 2011 and have not yet received a ship notice, do the following:
By credit card policies and by Paypal's own policies, they cannot get the payment until the order has actually shipped. Possibly they've been circumventing that, I have no idea how they process payments - but I do know that I ordered on 2/10 and the money was removed from my account on 2/14. Yet, when I checked online, the order had not shipped (and when I spoke to a person, they didn't know why it hadn't shipped either.)
So if you've ordered from TransDesign and your order hasn't shipped yet, follow up and ask them what's going on. They seem to be having problems with their internal process, so don't wait for them to straighten things out. (Don't scream at them...but don't just sit back and let your order disappear into the aether, either.)
