Pure Luxe’s Front Row

An interesting color in the pot that, sadly, loses some of its oomph when applied. This definitely works best when foiled. Otherwise, the color payoff just isn't there. I've gotten best results out of this when patting it over a dark black or dark green liquid or gel liner, like MAC's Dark Envy. It adds more green, and a bit of a metallic effect.
