Pure Luxe’s Indigo

This was one of Pure Luxe's Super Liners, so it was much more pigmented than the regular line of eyeshadows. Wet application is even, with solid color payoff. Dry application was okay, though it wanted to get a little patchier toward the edges, even after repeated attempts to pat the shadow in place.
