Pure Luxe’s Tea Rose

This really is a pale color. Not much pigmentation, not a whole lot of shimmer. It doesn't work too well (at least on me) as an overall shade, nor as a highlighter. I may have to get more creative in using this if I want to get some good out of it.

Maybe if I pat it into place over a darker-colored base like Get Figgy or Indianwood or even Artifact…?
