This brush head is softer, less dense, very thick, and slightly shaped. The handle is standard Real Techniques: metallic, medium length, and flared at the bottom so that the brush can stand on its end. I haven’t seen as many copies of this brush type as I have the Blush Brush…but possibly the markets are concentrating on counterfeits rather than dupes. (The Real Techniques Blush Brush does have a clear dupe available on Ebay, under the name “Pro Techniques”.)
I bought this brush over a year ago, before Real Techniques changed their core line slightly and made the brush-handle color a deeper orange. The brush applies powder well and fairly evenly. It’s definitely for wide-area application rather than semiprecise areas, like blush or cheek highlighter color.
