Rimmel’s ScandalEyes Waterproof Kohl Kajal liner in Silver

Even application and smooth coverage, which is something that doesn't always seem to happen with silver or metallic-gold liner pencils. I have two silver liner pencils, one from Rimmel and one from L'Oreal. The Rimmel one costs less, and I got a smoother application from it. So there's that right off the bat. (Though if you really prefer to have complete sets and you already have lots of the L'oreal Silkisseme pencils, that Silver pencil is good - much better than many others, including Urban Decay. It's just that...the Rimmel one is slightly better.)
