Black sparkle pencils sometimes don't apply too well: either the base color is skippy and patchy, or the sparkle is sparse-ish and falls away fairly quickly. This one applies very well! The black base color goes down very smoothly and easily, and the sparkle is pretty well distributed. The pencil sets up fairly well, so once applied it's not going to migrate or fade away.
