Sally Hansen’s Black and Blue (580)

There is more duochrome to this color than my pictures show - but it's all clustered around the turquoise-blue-purple end of the spectrum. It's a great color, I just wish it didn't require so many coats for full opacity and duochrome effect.

This color was launched along with a “mermaid's palette” in spring 2013, but there's a number on the bottle, and I've seen it stocked with the “regular” polishes in enough drugstores that I'm fairly sure this is part of the regular line.
