Sally Hansen’s Blizzard Blue

This one really is meant to be an effects-coat. On its own, it needed five coats for full opacity, though it was pretty close to that point with four. Later coats show brushstrokes. I don't know if this was because the coats weren't allowed enough dry time, or some other factor.
