The product photos show this as a lighter lavender shade with shiver shimmer. Mine…reads darker. It's more of a light violet than a medium lavender. I have no idea why that is, it just…is. smile The color's pretty, but it doesn't have quite as much duochrome effect as the description implied. It is a chameleon, though: it's a bit greyed and muted when applied dry, but the shade really brightens up when applied wet.
