Scaredy Cat Cosmetics’ Smooze

A clear periwinkle, rather than a greyed purpley slate. The shimmer is faint, and can hardly be seen when applied dry over primer. This color complements my blue-grey eyes very well! It pairs well with cooler or neutral browns, and looks brighter by comparison if worn with heathered shades.
