Sephora’s Colorful Shadow Liner in Lilac Shimmer

This pencil has an almost-iridescent finish to it that leans just a tiny bit blue. Good for adding a hint of color to your lids, with just a little bit extra - the blue “near duotone” finish. The color is similar to Flashy Mauve, one of my absolute favorites from Sephora's former Flashy Liner waterproof pencils. It's similar, though…not a dupe. (Which makes me kind of sad, because that pencil was such a fantastic “base” to lay iridescent shadow over and get some really cool liner effects!
