Sephora’s Colorful Shadow Liner in White Glitter

Definitely not one of my favorites. The base color acts like a frost finish, refusing to stay in place on the lid. I have yet to come up with a good way to use this particular pencil. This was actually part of a Sephora holiday kit, rather than being part of the regular lineup.
