Sephora’s Waterproof 12-hour Contour Eye Pencil collection

I’ve been thrilled with these pencils since I first tried them out in mid-2014. They’ve got a great color selection, all-day staying power, and each pencil costs half of what Urban Decaycharges for one of their 24-7 eyeliner pencils. Sephora brand makeup has always been a hit-or-miss affair, but these for me are most definitely a hit. Sephora does seem to release one or two “collections” a year that contain some of these pencils. That’s perhaps the most cost-efficient way to try several of them out, see if the overall line works for you…then plunge in and get the rest of the colors if you fall in love with them.
