Shiro Cosmetics’ Fire Rainbow Clouds

If you own this color (it’s already long past its Month, and it hasn’t appeared in the High Scores group) you know that this is more of a highlighter and a shimmer-effects eyeshadow than a pink. The base color is almost sheer, and the interference color is pretty strong.
