Shiro Cosmetics’ Full of Memory and Anger

The only green in the collection. This color doesn’t act quite like I’d expect from something that looks that shimmery in the pot. The shimmer was very sparse on application, and the base color itself didn’t perform so well when mixed with water. It’s an attractive enough medium-deep green shade, and applied dry the base color payoff was pretty solid. There’s just none of the shimmer that I saw in the potted pigment.
