Shiro Cosmetics’ Gingham Altar

The rich purple-brown base color gets softened a bit when applied. The pearl finish isn’t as reflective as other pearl-finish shadows I have, but it does cover the color in a smooth white-ish layer. I can and have used this as a softer eye liner, but I think it might only be an effective liner on fair and lighter skintones, and neutral and cool undertones. The color payoff is very rich and even, and application is smooth.
