Shiro Cosmetics’ Midna / Twilight Realm

Silver-grey underneath, with blue sparkle top-notes. It doesn't smudge or blend out too well, but it does make an attractive accent. It even works as a liner, since the sparkle is not chunky enough to start flaking away at the slightest opportunity.
