Shiro Cosmetics’ Rebellion

Deep navy that doesn't apply as pigmented as I'd like. The blue is deep navy, but the coverage is a little thin in spots. This can be rectified by layering, but there are so many of Shiro's eyeshadows that apply great straight out of the pot, one layer…that this was a bit frustrating.

There's not much blackening to this color, though it looks like there is. It foils nicely, but again, still…it's prone to being thinner than I'd like. (Maybe I just got a not-so-great batch? This was one of the first colors from this collection that I bought. All of the others are really great, in terms of color payoff.)
