Dark but not-too-dark deep navy shadow with lots of gold sparkle highlights. It's kind of like the night sky, when viewed in the desert (where you can actually see all the stars.) The blue background color is just slightly softened, it covers fine and provides a good backdrop for the sparkle; but this isn't necessarily a dark enough blue to be used as a dramatic eyeliner all on its own. It does make a fantastic contouring or accent color, though.
