Shiro Cosmetics’ Star Baker

This shade looks like it doesn’t have too much base color…or at least, its base color is very very light and minimally pigmented. I prefer using this as an inner-vee highlighter or an outer-curve accent highlighter, because there’s enough shimmer and less base shade.
