Shiro Cosmetics’ Steelix / Victory Road

Part of the original Super Effective collection, discontinued some time in…I have no idea. Its name was changed to Victory Road in 2012, and then…the collection lineup changed again. I have no idea what happened to this color. I'm going to guess that in 2014, when the collection size was reduced to 15 colors, that's when this one got trimmed.
