Shiro Cosmetics’ Sugar Plum Harry

This was the December Color of the Month, and it was popular enough to be put into the permanent High Scores collection. It softens a little upon application, so it’s a faded plum; but it’s not transparent. It does seem to want a little bit of help adhering, so whether you prefer to use a primer or a mixing medium, you’ll probably be happier with its longevity if you do that.
