Shiro Cosmetics’ The Tears of Retail Employees

I admit it - I picked this color up primarily for the name smile Having been a retail employee brought on board specifically for the Christmas season (okay, well…post-earthquake-recovery segueing into the holidays) I had all the memories to accompany this one. I think this was the first of Shiro’s customer-named Color of the Month shades, back in December 2012. The shadow itself is a fairly straightforward cream-white, sparse shimmer that slightly enhances rather than overwhelms. I’m vaguely reminded of Fyrinnae’s Nijiro, except this shadow is just a little bit brighter.
