If this looks similar to you, you've probably seen the TKB Trading's Capricorn Sea mica. The manufacturer of this color even described this as similar to that mica…but a little more green. It's also more pigmented than Capricorn Sea…being an actual shadow, and not just colored mica. (I have both and was able to make a comparison.) It adheres well, and while it's dark enough to be used as a liner shade, it's not so dark that it can't be used in the crease, inner lid, or as the primary color in a look - even if you're generally a neutrals kind of person.
