Silk Naturals’ Phantom

On me, this works far, far better as a highlighter than as a standalone shade. It's a softer color, plus it's semisheer…which means that for most people, it will work the same way: great for highlighting, accenting the inner vee, maybe useful as an edge highlight or a blending shade, or an “effects” layer on top of a dark cream base.

A montage of three images: top left, close-up of the eyeshadow in the pot; top right, the eyeshadow mixed with water and applied to bare skin; bottom left, the eyeshadow applied dry over primer.

Once applied, the shadow does stay in place well. It doesn't quickly or easily fade or start migrating. I got a decent nine hours out of this shadow, but again - that was as a subtle highlight, not a standalone shade. Once I tried layering this shadow to see if I could get more color payoff, and the additional layers didn't add much. They also did start flaking away, and in about three hours I was left with, effectively, a single layer of this shadow. Use this one for its strengths (soft subtle color and highlight, light-catching) and you'll be very happy with it.

If you want a gilded pink with more color payoff, try Femme Fatale's Enchanted or Fyrinnae's Rapunzel Had Extensions.
