Silk Naturals’ Spectre

Good for accenting or as an interesting blending shade; but the base color is deep enough and the duotone shimmer is such that it might be a bit challenging to use this as a highlighter. Even if the base color matches your skintone, there's still the blue duotone. (Though someone who's got incredible makeup skills could probably put something together that managed to look exotic and interesting, instead of “wandered out of a 1980s music video.”)

A montage of three images: top left, close-up of the eyeshadow in the pot; top right, the eyeshadow mixed with water and applied to bare skin; bottom left, the eyeshadow applied dry over primer.
