What can I say about this liner?
Other than “no.”
Repeatedly.
To start things out, I had major difficulties trying to apply the liner. I'd sharpen the pencil, only for the product to scoot back down inside when I tried to use it. (I guess there was a sizeable gap inside the pencil core…which is irritating.) I ended up sharpening the pencil to half its original size before I could even swatch it! And, no matter how many times I tried sharpening, I could not get a fine point. After getting the swatch - decent enough but not thrilling - and the application on one eye to take the photo - had to use the “lots of little dots” method, because the product kept trying to skip - I threw this one in the trash.
The overall line is decent. I have three other colors, and while one was slightly problematic, it wasn't near as much of a hassle as Melba was. But considering how easy it is for me to get other liners for the same price or lower, that are better overall quality…I'll stick with those. (The colors that most attracted me to this line - the red, the hot pink, this orange - those can't be sold in the US anyway.)
