Knowing the Greek names of the Roman gods comes in handy when you're trying to name your frankened colors in such a way that you'll easily be able to remember the ingredients.

Photos that show how the product actually performs...! See how I create my swatches

A montage of three images: top left, close-up of the eyeshadow in the pot; top right, the eyeshadow mixed with water and applied to bare skin; bottom left, the eyeshadow applied dry over primer.

This color is a combination Obsession and Travel to Venus. (I could have simply used “Venus” in this color's name, since I didn't use that in the last mixture that included this mica…but I was on a roll. And Aphrodite Obsessed has a better rhythm to it.) The color is a magenta with a slight green/violet duochrome shimmer (the base color is very strong, and almost overrides the duochrome effects.) It isn't one of my favorite results from the whole franken-color experiment, but it does look very good with my eyes.
