Application wasn't as smooth as I would have liked with this. The appearance was a little disconcerting, too - when I opened the pot I thought that it might have gone bad, because of the bumps on the surface. But no odd smell, that's apparently just the glitter-bits. It takes a bit of doing to get a really solid line of black with this - Stila's Sequins liner does a better job at that. For an all-over color, this is about on par with Maybelline's Audacious Asphalt - and this costs quite a bit more.

This particular shade isn't horrendous. There are just less expensive alternatives. (And yay for the Color Tattoo line now being permanent!)
