Stila’s Sparkle Waterproof Eyeliner in Bora Bora

I know that this color does not complement my eyes. I know this. So why do I reflexively reach for just about every eyeliner in this shade?

On the upside, this applied very smoothly and evenly. I didn't have thin or bare spots, and I didn't have to go back over it. On the downside…this one was on the fragile side. This color is the most prone, of all of these Sparkle Waterproof Liquid Liners, to flake away. Granted, it still took most of a day for that to start happening…but it was disappointing to see.
