Stila’s Sparkle Waterproof Eyeliner in Rock Candy

Not the easiest formula to spread evenly. If I wanted a solid even line I had to either apply, wait, and touch up, or use the longer brush to pat a series of dashes in place…then wait for those to dry, then join them up using another series of dashes. Once it was in place, the wear time was decent, and I liked the color very much!
