Stila’s Sparkle Waterproof Eyeliner in Royal

A rich purple that…doesn't QUITE live up to its potential. I had to apply that swatch heavily to showcase the color depth. The actual application looked a bit more semisheer - like Flashy Mauve or Lilac Shimmer eye pencils from Sephora, which are an almost Sterno-blue. It's more of an interesting accent color, than a liquid liner shade.
