Stila’s Sparkle Waterproof Eyeliner in Starry

The other eyeliners in this range were more metallic than overtly sparkly, so they acted just a little different. The sparkle particles are small, and scattered; but there's enough of them to catch the light. Because of the microglitter, the application is a little less easy. I find it easiest to apply a series of short “dashes” by pressing the applicator against my lid, long-edge, rather than the “normal” painting motion that I use with the other sparkle eyeliners.
