Stila’s Waterproof Smudge Stick in Blue Ribbon

This one almost has a metallic finish! And despite the thinner-looking spots in the swatch photo, the on-the-lid application was straightforward, even, and clean. It set fairly quickly, like all the Stila Smudge Sticks; but it does stay ‘editable' for about a minute after initial application. I did not have to apply a second coat, or even fill in any skipped areas.

This color works well with greyed or dark blue eyes, and brown eyes; and possibly can look good with hazel eyes where there's a bit more brown coloring than green. I'm not sure that this shade would work easily with green eyes, but there are as many variations of green eyes as there are blue - so if you have darker green eyes and know that you really like blue eyeliners, give this one a shot.
