Stila’s Waterproof Smudge Stick in Koi

So many companies have tried to create a metallic gold liner. It doesn't often work…this one works better than some other alternatives I've tried, but works best when I pre-warm it a bit by keeping it in my pocket for 10 minutes before trying to apply it. Otherwise, it has an unfortunate tendency to want to skip.
