Stila’s Waterproof Smudge Stick in Oscarfish

A pretty enough brown, vaguely warm with some gold highlights…but really not good application. I don't know if that's because of the pearl finish ingredients, or something else; but I cannot get this to apply smoothly using any of my other standard “liner-stick” tricks (warming the product up, dotting it across then smudging it together, shorter “dash” lines)
