Stila’s Waterproof Smudge Stick in Tetra

This one was part of the original Smudge Stick lineup. (Everything in the original lineup had fishy/oceanic names like Tetra, Stingray, Moray, or Lionfish.) The color itself shows up well if not as deep as one might expect looking at the smudge stick, and applies fairly evenly and smoothly. But what's most noticeable about this liner is the sparkle. This is almost a metallic finish, but I think it's more of a sparkle than a metallic. The purple isn't super-dark, but it's a great semisubtle glam accent-liner! I ended up liking this color a lot more than I thought I would.

A montage of three images: top left, close-up of the eyeliner tube or pencil barrel; top right, the eyeliner applied over bare skin, to better show the shade and properties; and below, the eyeliner applied on the eyelid at the lash line.

As with all of Stila's smudge sticks, you have about 15-30 seconds to smudge and adjust this color before it begins to set. Once it's set, it will come off with makeup remover, but won't transfer or fade throughout the day.
