Sula Cosmetics’ For The Thrill cream shadow

Another color that looks wonderful in the pan…but barely has any color payoff. It's a lighter green, it's a nice enough color, and it applies more evenly than He Loves Me (the silvered pink shade, which was an utter failure as a cream shadow.) I can see people finding some nice uses for this one. However…the color you see in the pot is misleading. You'll get a softer green, and I honestly don't know that this would show up well on deeper skintones.

A montage of three images: top left, close-up of the eyeliner tube or pencil barrel; top right, the eyeliner applied over bare skin, to better show the shade and properties; and below, the eyeliner applied on the eyelid at the lash line.

Both in terms of color and opacity, this is a close-ish match for Tidal Rave (which is semisheer, unlike the other Benefit cream shadows.) Tidal Rave is softer, and so you'll have an easier time applying that shade than this one. Tidal Rave also has slightly more blue tones in it, and is semisheer but is not a frost finish.
