Tarte’s Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Blush in Ecstatic

One of the two warmer colors in the At First Blush kit, I think that Ecstatic is my least favorite of those four blushes. It's both a warmer color, and it's incredibly sheer. I can see the color when I apply it more heavily for swatching, but applying it on my cheeks I either get nearly no effect or a heavier orange-brown color with faint rose undertones. The shade doesn't work too well for me. On the other hand, it's a softer shade, not too bronze, and I can see it working rather well for many other people in the fair-to-light skintone range. (Just probably not people with cool undertones.)

A montage of three images: top left, close-up of the face color in the pot; top right, the face color patted loosely over primer, to better show the shade and properties; and below, the color applied to the cheeks.
