This is another excellent color - there’s a bit more body to it than there are to some other Lipsurgence pencils. Tarte did something to the formula, and the non-matte colors in the Lipsurgence collection stay in place much better and have more color payoff than the previous ones. This color is very similar to Chloe, but is just a little softer. (And it lacks the Round Lipstick’s slightly chemical scent.) I wish that these were not part of a limited-edition set!
