Tarte’s Lipsurgence in Lucky

This is not one of my absolute favorite colors…but it's a matte lip tint, which means that it sticks around fairly well, and I can use it as a base for lip polishes like Tara or Leslie (which otherwise barely show up on my lips.) It also makes my lips feel a little more moisturized, which is a plus. This shade is about halfway between the buxom lip sticks Nantucket and Sydney.
