This color looks like a neutral in the pot. There are flecks and hints of iridescence…but overwhelmingly, it looks like a soft taupe-bisque. Pat it on, and it all but disappears except for a very faint silver sheen.
And then the light hits it, pulling up a green flash.
And then you turn just a fraction, and the light hits from a slightly different angle, and there's a hint of blue. And possibly violet.
I think that this includes one of the <a href=”/such/obsessive/addictions/tkb_tradings_interplanetary_traveller_micas/”>Interplanetary Traveller</a> micas from TKB (possibly <a href=”/such/obsessive/addictions/tkb_tradings_travel_to_jupiter/”>Travel to Jupiter</a>.) You've really got to pack this color on quite heavily to get any of the “nude/bisque” color to appear, though, so this works best as a blending color or a wash atop a dark paint or cream shadow (like <a href=”/such/obsessive/addictions/mac_cosmetics_blackground/”>Blackground</a>, <a href=”/such/obsessive/addictions/mac_cosmetics_delft/”>Delft</a>, <a href=”/such/obsessive/addictions/benefit_cosmetics_skinny_jeans/”>Skinny Jeans</a>, or ...oh, now this sounds interesting: <a href=”/such/obsessive/addictions/benefit_cosmetics_tidal_rave/”>Tidal Rave</a>.)
<p>I'd use this color instead of Travel to Jupiter when I wanted a little less brightening than the pseudo-white Jupiter would give me, but wanted to keep the multichromatic effects.
