The SheSpace’s Flirty Flirt Flirt

I think this may be one of my favorite TSS colors ever - even more so that Define Beauty, which I love. This is a gorgeous light periwinkle with mild duochrome effects. I've used it as an all-over color, foiled/wetlined over a dark liner pencil, an inner-eye accent color, and a cooling layer of shimmer over a medium-dark cream base.

It's the perfect blue for folks who are traditionally scared of blue eyeshadow because while it can be used for the straight color, it can more easily be used to change a color by cooling it down or adding a layer of cool iridescence.

I suspect that this color may be quite similar to Pure Luxe's Helix; but I haven't had time to swatch-test and confirm yet, so this remains a hypothesis at this point.
