The SheSpace’s Harmony of Heart

Another gorgeous duochrome blue from TSS! I'm a huge sucker for two things: duochrome anything, and good clear blues. This color is close to Pure Luxe's Vortex, though the similarity lies primarily with the color. Vortex is more pigmented, and has a golden sheen finish; while Harmony of Heart is an excellent glaze, brow highlighter, and softer all-over color.
