This color really surprised me when I saw it. Dry, it's nearly the same color as Jane Cosmetics' Mercury Rising Colorstick - which I had tried on another person's recommendation, but it just didn't stay put on my lids. I really liked the changeable nature of this color and was mourning its non-sticking-ness, so the appearance of Too Eccentric in the bag, and then swatched, was a pleasant surprise.
