I would not be surprised to find that this mica was part of a few colors I've seen in indie collections (Pure Luxe's Boytoy, for one.) The mica shows primarily deep blue, but shows some green tones when blended down.

If I wear this color on my eyes, it needs to be a liner or an accent shade, and needs to be offset by softer colors or it looks overwhelming. Just a little bit of this color really goes a long way and makes a major effect.
