TKB Trading’s Hilite Blue

One of the original interference colors from TKB Trading. The essential "blue-interference" shade. I use this as a highlighter, but you can also layer it over colors or mix it into nail polish. The base is not quite invisible - minimal application looks like a faint dust, and applied heavily it looks whitish. The blue interference is most visible when the powder is wetted, or when it's applied as a thin layer and sprayed with either a fixing or sealing spray.
